Application

The following procedure makes it possible to book a low-fare.

• Please send your request for a free seminar place to visit[at]thailandproject.asia , please give your name, address, phone number and email address
• You will receive a mail with a reservation confirmation and payment procedures, and other tips for cheap airline reservations, baggage, light summer clothes, etc.
• Then book a flight to Chiang Mai (CNX): Reasonable providers for Europe at this time seems to be: http://www.ebookers.de/shop/airsearch.

An alternative would also be the good old travel office around the corner.

Only after you have booked your flight your application and reservation is fixed and confirmed.

Please note the time difference of 5 hours (winter) and 4 hours (summer time) to the UK. The flight should be at least 2 days before the seminar, because of the additional calendar day between departure (from Europe) and arrival. The offer of a prolonged-holiday week can therefore be split in before and after, and are therefore adapted to the flight dates.

• Then inform us about the flight details, especially the arrival time in Chiang Mai.
• There you will be picked up by our shuttle. Please look out for the driver holding a sign reading "Thailand-Project".
